Hi I'm Kyle!

I am an incoming senior at UC Irvine studying Computer Science with a specialization in Intelligence Systems. I am currently at the BioIntelligence Lab working under Dr. Haleh Alimohamadi. My research involves using graphical neural networks to predict negative gaussian curvature in order to identify antimicrobial peptides. I am also a software engineer at Forge Rewards (YC W’24) where I work on building agentic infrastructure for real-time campaign drafting for over 40 restaurant chains and 400 locations nationwide.

I created, trained, and benchmarked two image generation architectures on a miniature image dataset and benchmarked performance via a suite of metrics. Evaluation methods include alignment with a baseline CNN classifier, Frechet Inception Distance, and generation time.
